Sainsbury's offer life insurance discount
Sainsbury's Bank has announced that it is to offer people taking life insurance out via their website a discount.
The company, which was named the best online life insurance provider by Your Money last year, is offering customers five per cent off the cost of their cover if they buy the products online.
However, the offer is only set to run until March 24th, so interested parties have been urged to take advantage of the deal quickly.
Claire Moyles, Sainsbury's life insurance manager, said that the cover is "one of the most important financial products" that you can buy.
She added: "Life insurance can help provide great peace of mind in the knowledge that your dependants could receive a cash lump sum if you were to die during the policy term. Quality cover does not have to be expensive."
Sainsbury's new offer has been announced after Tony Levene, the author of Which?'s Money Saving Handbook, stated that consumers should do their research when thinking about taking out insurance products.
